Modern Bathroom

This modern bathroom design was created using only Baltic birch plywood; even the drawer boxers are plywood.

The doors and drawer fronts are flush inset into the 3/4″ thick cabinet case so technically it is an inset cabinet.

And yes, it is a floating cabinet, being off the floor by 10 inches.

We could also create a similar look using frame-less cabinets with over-lay doors and applied end panels.

Although it has a somewhat mid-century look, the hardware is all current with full extension soft-closing drawer slides and soft-closing adjustable Blum hinges.

The exterior faces of doors, drawer-fronts and gable ends (sides) are painted Benjamin Moore’s ‘Simply White’ while all of the exposed edges and interiors have a clear finish.
